I went to a swap meet with a friend today. At one store there was a woman who walked up to me and asked me in Spanish if I spoke Spanish. I said no and she said she only spoke Spanish. She smiled and said something in Spanish and smiled so I smiled back and walked away. She then came up to me to tell me the woman in the next store over did speak English. I said gracias and she smiled. It made her so happy that I at least said thank you in her language.
