April 2

I made the mistake of trying to do two things at once today, and accidentally booked the same flight twice for my son and I. Luckily a quick call to Southwest customer service and we got the second set of flights cancelled. The customer service rep was the nicest person, laughed when I made fun of my mistake and was just a nice person on the phone. Southwest might not have all the bells and whistles of other airlines, but they have great customer service.
